Did you use Grandma's patterns for this dress? The cap sleeve makes it an ideal pattern for a new sewer! And I LOVE the notion of making matching scrunchies (hair ties) to go with the dress!
Susan, most of the sellers who sew, would answer that they used their own pattern. Yes, I used her pattern as a guide, but I removed the darts, the sewing line from her pattern is my cutting line, and as well I did some corrections for the curves on the side seams. The collar is not from her pattern, but is the perfect collar that I have manage to made after trying so many collar patterns.
